Brand new 3 bed villa sleeps 6-8. Three double bedrooms two of which are en-suite, a third bathroom, downstairs lavatory, laundry room, modern fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, large living room, dinning table, sofas, large TV, DVD, CD Player, Internet access, WIFI and fixed telephone (which will be billed to the client if used). Large outside terrace with dinning table, sofa and table for chill out area, sun loungers, shades, BBQ all in beautiful well kept gardens. Electric gates to entrance as well as a double garage with electric gates. The villa is in a quiet residential area, the villa offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by. It is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you direct to Ibiza Town however car hire is still strongly recommended to do supermarket runs, and see the island and other beaches. 10 minute walk to Talamanca Beach where you can find several beach taverns, cafés, supermarket and restaurants, 2 miles to the exclusive Marina Botafoch home to the famous Pacha nightclub, El Divino nightclub the new Casino Hotel in this vicinity you will find more restaurants and a pharmacy, 3 miles to Roca Lisa Golf and 3 miles to the beautiful town of Eivissa and 7 miles to airport. Please note that the owners live in a detached annex and will be on hand should you require anything. Please note the villa is not suitable for children as we have an open stair case in the living room and an adult's swimming pool of 1.70 metres which is not supervised. Help us be green Air conditioning throughout the house is included in the price. Prices are in Euros on a weekly rate. If there are more than 6 guests, there will be an additional charge of 200 Euros per person. The maximum capacity is 8.Change over day is Saturday. Check in is at 14.00pm and check out is at 10.00am. When booking the villa a 50% deposit, signed returned contract and booking form is required, the further 50% along with 2000 Euro refundable security deposit must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
