This housing is placed inside MAS GUITART, on the first floor. So, the customer can enjoy of a splendid view of the fields. The housing is private for the customer and spaces are not shared by other people, except the landscaped, the swimming pool and parkingIn the same room and level, there are the kitchen, the dining room and the lounge with TV at the same environment. The rooms in the accommodation are: 3 DOUBLE ROOMS 1 BATHROOM KITCHEN DINING ROOM SITTING ROOM Two double rooms have large beds, and third room two single ones. All rooms have exterior lighting and each one has all the hanging necessary for any season. MAS GUITART is opened the whole year. Double and single beds on every bedroom in winter have duvets on them. The accommodation has a complete bathroom with exterior light, with cold and warm water and heating. The kitchen, modern and functional is equipped with all the utensils and domestic appliances to cook. At the same level of the kitchen, there is the dining room, on the same environmentThere is a fireplace with wood at the same lounge area with the TV and DVD player. A quiet and comfortable space, with a splendid view to the garden and swimming pool.

MAS GUITART is an isolated countryhouse, only to 1 km. from the little village of Galliners. It's a beautiful and quiet resting place, far away from the roads and noises. It's a quiet place, but also well-communicated from the Costa Brava, Barcelona and France, with two roads: the national N-II and the motorway AP7/E15. The countryhouse has three lanes. They are public lanes, but not much busy. The normal access is from Galliners. Outside of MAS GUITART you're be able to find fields and forests only. Just outside next to the countryhouse, there are the garden and the pool. Both for the customers of MAS GUITART only. At the same garden, children have their space to play. MAS GUITART is situated on the region of Pla de l'Estany, in Vilademuls, a municipality belonging to the province of Girona (Catalonia/Spain). This municipality it's not far from cities as Figueres, Girona, or Banyoles. Near of the Costa Brava. Only 25 Km. to reach villages as Roses, Empúries. Cadaqués the village of Salvador Dali is to 50 Km. Also, 120 Km. separate Mas Guitart from Barcelona by motorway.
